"Our B2B cold emailing service enables startups to accelerate their growth by optimizing their outreach efforts and generating more leads."
We use a combination of sources including Linkedin to manually collect relevant target customers.
There's no magic here. We spend time learning about your business. We then work with you to make some educated guesses taking in information based on your current customers or past sales efforts.

Here's the justification:
- We don't outsource, there's no shortcuts here.
- It's not expensive compared to an agency (go try!).
- It's also cheaper than hiring someone.
- You could very well go find freelancers to do all this, but that's a lot of time as well and there won't be much savings. Also, what if they suck at it?
- The major problem with each of these is that they're things you have to manage. You don't have to manage us.
No. Generally one of the following is true for startups:
- You don't have a repeatable, scalable sales process. If you do, forget about us. Call your investors and raise your next round. This is called a money machine, you don't need us. Go hire 10 BDRs immediately.
- You don't have predictable sales. Again, if you do, please tell your investors, they'll give you more money.
- Your product isn't quite ready to sell. It's probably still under heavy development. That means we'd put in all the time and take on all the risk. We'd probably have to stop working with startups to do it this way.
We also believe that the insights from these campaigns can be just as valuable as sales in the early days. Essentially, we'd have to stop working with startups to do performance based pricing.
We follow up. If the prospect gives us an outright no, we may follow up to try to overcome the objections or simply thank them for responding. Our goals is to give you zero work until a meeting is booked.
You'll set one up for us. It can be your personal email address (i.e. ceo@yourcompany.com) or a new email address (e.g. <name>@yourcompany.com)
Yes. But it's probably an inefficient use of your time. We also might be better at it :)
- Companies we don't feel are ready to engage customers yet.
- Founders with unrealistic expectations (i.e. closing a Fortune 100 customer in the first month of the service)
- Products we feel don't do good for the world
- Products we feel aren't a good fit (we try to stick to b2b SAAS)
- Recruiting companies are tough.

We use at least 20 different tools and databases including Zoominfo, Apollo, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Hunter, Lemlist, BuiltWith etc.
For completely new email addresses (and a young domain) we'll need 1-2 weeks to warm up the email address. And we may still have lower sending volumes initially and ramp up on a weekly basis.
We follow up an all the emails. We'll handle the No's, and just acknowledge their response and thank them.
For objections, sometimes these can get quite specific. We can try overcoming a few common ones, and then hand them over to you. Warm leads are lovely!
We do the work. None of it is outsourced. We hire intelligent, thoughtful people to deliver a deliciously simple and effective service.
No. We don't believe you can outsource insights for your company, but we do believe we can accelerate them for you. Imagine what your investor update and pipeline would look like if you doubled your meetings per month!
If you're currently getting sales through cold email as a channel, then we can be quicker to results since we should (almost by definition) perform no worse than you.If you have not explored cold email as a channel then it can take a few iterations before we figure out the right messaging. Sometimes that means weeks, and particularly for super early startups that could mean months.
We don't require minimums but you should expect to stick with this for 2-3 months. We do 4-6 emails per contact spread over two weeks so for our lowest package (500 unique prospects) that 500th person's last email (in a 5 email sequence) the last email doesn't really hit their inbox until 45 ish days from when we start *sending*. There's a week or two before we start sending to hunt the leads and draft copy and make sure everything is solid.
